1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 76bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at https://76bet.bio, including all features, services, betting markets, casino games, and promotional offers available therein. By completing the registration process, accessing any part of the 76bet platform, or placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

3. Account Registration

4.4 Transaction Reversals

Deposits that have been credited to your account and used to place bets or wagers cannot be reversed. If you believe a deposit has been charged but not credited to your 76bet account, contact our support team within 48 hours with your transaction reference number and we will investigate on your behalf.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

The 76bet platform offers sports betting markets (including cricket, football, kabaddi, rugby, and hockey) and casino games (including live dealer tables, slots, and crash games). By placing any bet or wager, you agree to the specific rules applicable to each product category as published on the platform, in addition to these overarching Terms.

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 76bet are subject to the odds and market rules displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference number is issued, the odds are locked for that bet. 76bet covers cricket markets including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and international Bangladesh Tigers series. Live in-play betting markets are available on selected fixtures and operate under the same terms as pre-match betting unless otherwise stated.

In the event of a match abandonment, cancellation, or result voiding due to exceptional circumstances (including force majeure events), 76bet's sporting rules — as published on the platform at the time — will govern settlement. Generally, bets on abandoned matches with fewer than the minimum required overs or play completed will be voided and stakes returned to player balances.

5.2 Casino Games

Casino games available on the 76bet platform, including live dealer games by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slot titles by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and crash games including Aviator by Spribe, operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Those specific terms — including minimum deposit, eligible games or markets, wagering requirement multiplier, maximum bet during wagering, and expiry date — take precedence over any general statement about bonuses in these Terms.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn as real funds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 76bet platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Underage use: Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by any person under 18 years of age.
• Identity fraud: Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification, including use of another person's identity documents.
• Multiple accounts: Opening or using more than one 76bet account, whether in your own name or under assumed identities.
• Money laundering: Using the 76bet platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 76bet complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Match fixing and insider knowledge: Placing bets using material non-public information or in coordination with a participant in a sporting event with the intent of fixing its outcome.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games, particularly in live dealer poker or other multi-player formats.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any mechanical means to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from 76bet.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting pricing errors, software bugs, or display glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Winnings generated through such exploitation are void.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment reversals or chargebacks via your payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the platform.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

76bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• The account holder has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute through their bank or payment provider.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, a regulatory instruction, or a court order.
• The account holder requests voluntary self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming tools.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.

8.1 Player-Requested Closure

Players who wish to close their 76bet account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of active bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days.

8.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months and the account balance is zero. Dormant accounts may be archived. If a real-money balance remains in a dormant account, 76bet will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before any administrative fee is applied. The dormant account policy is subject to applicable laws and will be applied fairly and proportionately.

8.3 Disputes
